FAQ's
1.
Can my young child go into the haunt ?
We do
suggest
that no one under the age of 12 enter the "Dragon's Head Inn".
This show is High in Scare, violence, and Scream!
The "Carnival of Carnage" is less violent but has several
gory scenes.
We suggest if
you
have any problems with vertigo, or any other problems of that type, you
should
pass
on this twisted show
The "Labyrinth" is a intense dark adventure.
2.
What can I do with my child if I want to go in the haunt?
We will have a special "Scare Care" area for our
younger patrons to scare in. It will be set up with our
inflatable
haunt which they can enjoy without any of the adults scares.
There will be a small maze and other activities to keep them
entertained while you are screaming!
With the purchase of a regular ticket the ticket for the Scare Care is
only $3.00.
3.
Can I carry my child through the haunt?
For the safety of the child we ask that you at no time
carry
your
child.
In the
past we have found that adults holding children are not a safe idea in
the haunt.
When the parent jumps in fear sometimes the little one gets
bumped.
4.
I was half way through and we were to scared
can
we have a refund?
Unless
it is a emergency we have a no refund policy. You have paid for us to
scare
you. If you are so scared that you have to leave the haunt early and
not
go on then we have done our job. If we have done our job then there is
no reason for a refund. That is why we ask you not to take in younger
children.
If you child does become scared during your visit you may go out any emergecny exit and a ghoul aid will show you to "Scare Care". For a small fee the friendly people there will watch your little ghoul while they play and have fun. You may then go to the head of the line and restart your journey.
5.
What kind of clothing should I wear ?
We
suggest
for your safety that you wear comfortable flats, no high heels, and
warm
clothing.
Sometimes the wait in line is long and it can get cold. Shoes
must be worn at all times.
Costumes
are allowed by children throughout the time of the event, but adults
can
only wear costumes on Halloween. If your costume has a weapon or
anything
that might be used as such we will ask you to leave it at the front
until
you are done with your visit.
Also we
ask that adults do not wear masks that cover their face. This is so our
actors do not mistake you for one of our people. Also for your safety
so
you can see where you are going.
6.
We have a wheelchair can we still come ?
We have
worked very hard over the years with our group to make sure that the
haunt
is wheelchair accessable. Some areas might be tricky but we will have
"Ghoul
Aids" on hand to help you enjoy your stay with us.
7.
Do you take credit cards?
We are
sorry but at this time we are not set up for anything but cash or local
checks.
The local checks must be printed with all important information
and drawn on a local bank.
8.
Do you allow photos to be taken?
Inside
the haunts we ask you not to take any pictures. It can hurt the actors
eyes and can ruin the event for other patrons. Outside in the open area
photos are allowed.
We will
also have a photo op area where we can take your picture with the
monsters
and props for a small fee. This will make a great souvenir to remember
your time with us.
9.
Can you tell me how long the lines will be?
We can
never guess how long the lines will take. The early part of the season
is usually slower
than when it gets closer to Halloween.
10.
Can I drop my kids off and get them later?
We
request
that no children or groups of children under the age of 16 be on the
property
without their parents or guardian. If you do drop off your children
and there are any problems you will be called and asked to pick them up.
